This was brought on basis of a conflict within the organization splitting it in 2 halves causing an internal split of power. Starting of today, all existing departments will no longer proceed with their regular job. All departments are now defunct and disbanded as of November 15th, 2024. Anyone claiming that they are an active member of CEODOX, they are not a member and never will be. All ex-members are no longer members.

The 1st Scheduled Meeting of the Congress of CEODOX was held on May 13, 2025.
International Presence
Due to the inclusion of new members, whose identities shall remain confidential, CEODOX is pleased to announce the establishment of its presence in the following regions:
• United Kingdom: Northern Region
• Poland: Entire Country
• Sweden: Northern Region
• Germany: Western Bloc and Berlin
• United States: Western Coast and Central Region
• Ukraine: Entire Country
• Russia: Entire Country
• France: Paris
Membership Structure
Pursuant to the resolutions passed during the 1st Scheduled Meeting, CEODOX members shall be categorized into the following five groups:
1. Members: Individuals holding regular membership.
2. VIPs: Members recognized for their contributions to the parliament, congress, or the organization itself.
3. Congressmen: Senior members acknowledged for making significant contributions.
4. Ministers: Highest-ranking members possessing ultimate authority over departments, subject to certain limitations.
5. Founders: Principal members holding more than 50% of decision-making authority, with the capacity to veto actions.
Founder Provisions
The position of Founder shall be limited to a maximum of three individuals. Should a Founder intend to resign from office, they must notify all “partners” (comprising VIPs through to other Founders) of their proposed successor. For the successor to be duly appointed, unanimous approval must be obtained from all “partners.” In the event of a failure to secure unanimous consent, the Founder shall step down, and the Founder position shall remain vacant until a new election is conducted.

CEODOX has been officially closed in July 2025 and Parliament has lost access to all communication lines between the CEODOX community.
CEODOX was officially signed off for a disbandment on 23rd of July 2025, making CEODOX a no longer existing organization.
This decision was ultimately decided on 2nd Unscheduled Meeting of Congress of CEODOX, signed into law as Farewell Act.
Farewell Act grants permissions for next 10 years to original founder to produce announcements, changes and updates regarding the CEODOX community in community channels. Farewell Act however, also bans any possible recreation or reestablishment of CEODOX by original founders for an undisclosed amount of time.
