🔘We’re launching our traditional annual vote to determine the reward emission for block signing for the upcoming year. Voting takes place on the official platform.

Available options:
• 1,000,000 CELL
• 1,250,000 CELL
• 1,500,000 CELL
• 2,000,000 CELL

Voting rules:
● Only holders of native CELL tokens (CF-20) are eligible to vote.
● Voting power depends on the amount of CELL CF-20 and mCELL you hold.
● You can change your vote at any time.
● The voting period will last for two weeks or until a quorum of 2/3 of unbonded CELL CF-20 and mCELL holders is reached.

Please note that the Cellframe reward staking program ended on October 1, so rewards are now distributed exclusively to validators.

If you’re not planning to run a masternode yourself, you can delegate your keys to existing validators. Detailed instructions on masternode setup and m-token delegation are available in the Cellframe Wiki.

🔥 THE RLE BUYBACK AUCTION HAS STARTED!
Earn up to 68% and contribute to the stability of the system!

Throughout 2025, the team has been issuing DFC tokens. As a result, by the end of the year, a surplus of DFC flatcoins has accumulated in the project's stabilization fund. The Dotflat system mechanics are designed to trigger a buyback auction followed by the burning of RLE governance tokens in such a case (we explained how this works in detail in this post: https://t.me/dotflat/37).

Therefore, we are proud to announce today that the buyback auction is officially open!

▫️The essence of the auction:
• 611.24 DFC (approx. $709 at the current DFC rate of $1.16) is up for auction.
• Participants bid by stating how many RLE tokens they are willing to sell for this amount.
• The highest bid wins (whoever offers the *most RLE* for these DFC).
• All RLE tokens received during the auction will be burned — reducing the circulating supply of RLE and thus increasing the value of the remaining tokens.

Why is this profitable? You have a chance to earn up to 68% by selling your RLE tokens.
The opening bid has already been placed at 80 RLE. The size of the next possible bid is 84 RLE.
💚 If this becomes the winning bid, then:
• The winner will receive $709 (in DFC) for 84 tokens.
• The effective sale price would be ~$8.44 per RLE.
• With a presale purchase price of $5, this represents a yield of ~68% in less than a year! 💰

▫️How to participate?
• You must have RLE tokens on the Ethereum network.
• Connect your wallet (e.g., MetaMask) to beta.app.dotflat.io.
• Go to the "Auctions" section and select "Rule buyout 611.24".
• Enter the amount of RLE for your bid (not less than the indicated "next bid") and approve the auction contract to access the tokens.
• Click "Make a bid" and confirm the transaction.

▫️Important rules:
• The minimum bid increment is 5% of the previous bid.
• The auction ends if there are no new bids for 15 minutes. The winner can then finalize it and claim the prize (DFC).
• If your bid is outbid, you can withdraw it to get your RLE back, or improve it ("Improve Bid").
• Each new or improved bid resets the timer by +15 minutes.

▫️This is a win-win situation:
• The auction winner — receives DFC with high yield.
• All RLE holders — benefit from the reduced token supply due to the token burn.

KelVPN December Update! ♥️

December was a busy month for the KelVPN team: we continued developing the app and improving its functionality. Here are the key highlights.

📌 In the app (mobile, desktop, and CLI versions):
The team is continuing a large-scale refactor and preparing a major functional update. In December, we delivered:
• Collaboration mode: built the infrastructure for client–provider interaction, implemented conditional payment flows, and added basic client commands.
• Service architecture refactor: migrated the configuration storage system, removed legacy code, and separated logic between the core service and the GUI.
• Core VPN feature upgrades: automatic UI rescaling, improved connection and reconnection logic, tunnel implementation for macOS, network monitoring, and stats reporting.
• WalletLight integration: KelVPN will include a built-in wallet for storing funds and automatically paying for internet traffic. This solution is primarily designed for routers, with potential support for mobile devices.
• Fixes and testing: resolved Windows build issues and updated test coverage.
