New version of Cellframe Node is now available for download!

🔺 Cellframe Node 5.3-358
☑️ What's new:
• Implemented a record pinning mechanism in GDB and removed entries with infinite TTL (time-to-live). Expired records are now automatically deleted, reducing data volume, saving storage, and optimizing network performance.
• Optimized automatic transaction history requests, new and empty wallets no longer trigger unnecessary queries. This reduces redundant load on nodes.

☑️ Fixes and Improvements:
• Fixed an empty response to the wallet_list command when the user has no active wallets. Now, in this case, a success message is displayed.
• Fixed a bug that occurred when requesting a wallet’s transaction history.

The new version of Cellframe Wallet is now available for download!

🔺 Cellframe Wallet 4.0.10
☑️ What’s new:
The multi-functional Cellframe application now supports various node connection modes: Local, Remote, and Ultra-Light. Additionally, it offers two graphical interface options: a “Vertical” Wallet mode and a “Horizontal” Dashboard mode.
• Mode managers: improved performance when switching between modes — the network list now updates correctly, notifications are triggered, and issues with freezes and loops have been resolved.
• Certificate management: deletion options have been restored, error handling added, and list updates optimized.
• Transaction queue: enhanced storage structure, added support for ADDR_FROM, and improved Web3 compatibility.
• Command refactoring: commands have been relocated to a dedicated catalog, restructured, centralized in a service controller, and made more accessible.
• Backup files can now be shared between the Dashboard and Wallet, allowing seamless use of a Dashboard backup in the Wallet.
• Automatic transaction composer: introduced an automatic composer that activates when switching node connection modes.
• Adding new commands to the queue: a universal parent class for transaction commands has been implemented. The new transaction manager simplifies parameter logic and reduces the number of callbacks.

☑️ Fixes and Improvements:
• Improved remote node functionality: connecting to a remote node is now simpler, with a more intuitive interface. RPC address setup has been enhanced, and a dedicated input field added.
• Fixed issues with wallet creation and recovery. Network switching when changing modes now works as intended.
• Enhanced UX: local/remote mode descriptions have been clarified, and the interface is now optimized for macOS.
• Log management: resolved issues with displaying and saving logs, and introduced automatic log cleanup once logs reach 1GB in size.
• Improved password management: fixed data update errors and enhanced password handling for wallet activation and deactivation.
• Restored transaction processing in Ultra-Light mode by resolving issues with the composer’s inability to handle URL addresses.
• Network control buttons: fixed synchronization and toggle buttons in the “Networks” tab, ensuring they respond correctly to user actions.
• Restored functionality for Web3 requests, fixing outdated method calls during approval and incorrect wallet data commands.
• CLI integration in local mode: addressed initialization and connection issues with the Command-Line Interface.
• Additional enhancements: resolved UI crashes and bugs, overall performance boosts, and increased stability.

🔘Diverse representation: the forum features a wide range of projects, including mining, crypto exchanges, and investment and trading initiatives.
🔘Business-focused approach: real businesses are exploring blockchain implementation to boost efficiency — not just for investments but by leveraging cutting-edge technologies. AI and blockchain integration has been a particularly hot topic.
🔘Quantum threat awareness: the subject of quantum threats is no longer seen as a niche concern. It’s encouraging to witness a strong interest and understanding of this issue from other participants. Visitors to our booth have also praised the scale and depth of our project as an L0 blockchain platform. Developers are showing a keen interest, asking numerous questions about post-quantum cryptography and our technologies.
🔘Hardware solutions: our hardware offerings, including nodes and VPN routers, have been particularly popular at our booth.

📌 Blockchain Forum 2025: key trends and insights.

The Blockchain Forum 2025 in Moscow has concluded, becoming a significant event for the crypto industry. And now we are ready to share with you the results and highlights that impressed us the most.

🔘Quantum threat is no longer fiction.
If previously the topic of the quantum threat in the crypto community was often perceived as something distant and abstract, now the situation has changed. At the forum, participants actively discussed the risks associated with the development of quantum computers and potential solutions for data protection. We also received many questions about the possibilities of implementing post-quantum algorithms in blockchain.
🔘Interest in hardware solutions.
Technologies related to physical devices for blockchain operations are coming to the forefront. Hardware nodes attracted significant interest from forum participants since such solutions ensure maximum simplicity and convenience when working with blockchain infrastructure.
🔘Focus on innovation.
The Startup Pitch competition, where we acted as a sponsor, became a bright event of the forum. Projects from the Cellframe ecosystem participated in the competition: the main prize went to the QEVM project, while the audience choice awards were given to Node.sys and Dotflat. All presentations demonstrated a high level of preparation and innovative approaches, and the competition jury, which also included the CEO of "Demlabs" and the head of the Cellframe project, noted the promising nature of the ideas.
🔘Self-regulation in crypto.
One of the important topics was the development of AML tools. The forum showed that the industry is actively moving toward self-regulation, making issues of security and the "cleanliness" of funds, as well as various legal aspects of blockchain functioning and cryptocurrency usage, come to the forefront.
🔘Growing interest from institutional investors.
Banks, funds, and major investors actively participated in the event, exploring promising blockchain projects. The forum became a platform for discussing the integration of blockchain technologies into the banking sector, logistics, and data management. Institutionals were not only evaluating projects but also seeking partners for long-term cooperation.

General Impression.
The forum delighted us with its scale, gathering about 15,000 participants, including leading industry players, startups, investors, and media representatives. There was a noted overall focus on collaboration and a desire to address global challenges.

🔺 Great news! The new version of Cellframe Wallet is now available for download!

In our previous posts, we mentioned that our multifunctional application is undergoing significant changes. We didn't just rename it but completely redesigned the app's logic, adding more flexibility and features for users. The most notable updates concern the different node operation modes.

Now there are three modes:
🔘Local Mode — the "classic" setup where both the node and the Cellframe user application are installed on the same device.
🔘Remote Mode — a setup where the user application interacts with a node installed on another device. In this mode, you can select a remote node for connection and configure your interaction with it.
🔘Ultra-Light Mode — a setup where the user application interacts with special remote public nodes. In this case, you won’t be able to manage the node, but you’ll still have access to all the essential features for managing your funds, such as creating wallets and sending various types of transactions.

With every new build, we continue to refine all three modes simultaneously. The current version, 4.0-13, includes the following updates:
📌 Updates for all modes:
• Updated the logs tab (in Local Mode, it displays logs for both the node and the user application, while in Remote and Ultra-Light Modes, it shows only Cellframe Wallet logs).
• Improved graphical element rendering in the Windows version of the app.
• Implemented compatibility between Cellframe Wallet backup files and Cellframe Dashboard.
• Fixed a bug causing a delay when closing the app and addressed several other issues.

📌 For Remote Mode:
• Added a console tab for managing the remote node.
• Fixed transaction history loading bugs.

📌 For Ultra-Light Mode:
• Continued debugging of the transaction compiler. This mechanism was specifically developed for Ultra-Light Mode as a separate module in the Cellframe SDK, responsible for forming transactions and transmitting data to the remote public node. In the current build, inter-network transactions are now debugged. Work on other types of transactions is ongoing.

And finally, another important update: the Cellframe Wallet build for Android is now also publicly available! This means you can already test it on your smartphones. For your convenience, we’ve added compatibility between wallet backup files for desktop and Android versions.
