Introducing the Second Part of the Cellframe DEX Guide!
In the first part, we provided a detailed explanation of the Regular mode β you can check it out here.
πΊ Cellframe DEX is a decentralized exchange on the Cellframe platform for trading CF-20 tokens.
βοΈ Unlike popular decentralized exchanges, ours does not use AMM protocols or smart contracts. Instead, Cellframe DEX operates on a limit order model, similar to centralized exchanges, where conditional transactions store exchange terms instead of smart contracts.
βοΈ Currently, Cellframe DEX supports tokens from the Cellframe ecosystem (CELL, KEL) as well as other popular tokens such as DAI, USDC, ETH, BNB, and more.
For more details on using the DEX and all available features, check out the guide on the Cellframe Wiki.π

Breaking news! We've created a script for the automatic deployment of a Cellframe masternode on remote Linux servers. This means you no longer need to spend time on complex manual setup!
The new script:
πΈ Supports Cellframe Node 5.3 and architectures amd64, arm64, armhf.
πΈ Works on Debian and its derivatives (Ubuntu, etc.).
Before using the script, make sure you meet all our standard requirements for running a masternode:
π Server running 24/7
π Public IP address
π Open port 8079
π At least 10 mCELL in your wallet (1 mCELL = 1000 CELL in stake)
βοΈ Then follow a few simple steps:
β Prepare a server with a Root user and install the screen application to prevent losing the installation process in case of an SSH disconnection.
β Download and install the script using the terminal.
β Enter the name of the network in which the masternode will operate (Backbone or KelVPN).
β Place the .dwallet file in your userβs home directory (for root, this is /root), or enter the seed phrase and wallet password when prompted by the script.
βοΈ The script will take care of the rest:
β Install and configure Cellframe Node
β Assign the master role in the selected network
β Verify all required parameters
For the detailed guide, check out our Cellframe Wiki.

New versions of Cellframe Node and Dashboard are now available for download! The updates mainly affected the processes of deleting and updating the node and the functionality of Cellframe DEX.
πΊ Cellframe Node 5.3-348 (Windows)
π Updated the node operation scheme. Now it works on behalf of the user and does not require administrator rights.
π Adjusted the processes of deleting and updating node versions. Solved the problem with deleting diagtool. For Windows 11, we fixed errors that occurred when installing a new version over the previous one.
πΊ Cellframe Dashboard 3.1-19
π Updated the functionality for working with orders on the DEX tab. Configured the display of token balance when executing an order, finalized the order execution scenario.
π Completed the delisting of USDT and m-tokens. They are no longer displayed in the Tokens and DEX tabs and are not available for trading.
π Debugged the node update process. Fixed the error with the transition to a non-existent page that occurred when trying to update via the Settings tab.
π In Web3 API, the Voting List command was configured and the problem with incorrect responses to errors was solved.
Download the updates right now!

Today, weβre going to talk about one of the unique mechanisms of our platform β conditional transactions. They facilitate interactions between service customers and providers while ensuring that the outcome is recorded on the blockchain. As the name suggests, these transactions include predefined conditions that must be met before funds can be transferred to the other party. In blockchain terms, the output of such a transaction can only be utilized when a specific condition is fulfilled.
Conditional transactions can be either standalone interactions between a customer and a provider or form a chain of multiple such transactions. The structure varies depending on the type of service being provided.
π How a chain of conditional transactions works:
β The customer creates the first (initial) conditional transaction before selecting a provider. This transaction locks the funds and defines the conditions for exchanging them for services.
β The provider who is ready to fulfill the conditions then creates the second conditional transaction. This transaction allows the provider to receive either a portion or the full amount of the locked funds once the conditions are met.
If the previously locked funds are not fully used, the customer can either reuse them to pay the same provider or choose another one. Depending on the transaction type, any remaining locked funds can also be returned to the customerβs wallet.
Within the Cellframe ecosystem, conditional transactions replace smart contracts while offering a simpler and faster alternative that fully automates the payment process.
π Examples of conditional transaction use cases:
β Limit orders on Cellframe DEX
β Delegation of rights to launch a masternode
β Validator rewards for block signing
β Service payments
For more technical details, check out the article on conditional transactions in the Cellframe Wiki!

In an era when the third generation of blockchains is gaining momentum and receiving government-level support, the quantum apocalypse is just around the corner. Many projects will be vulnerable, but Cellframe is a competitive player, prepared for the challenges of the future.
Why is that? Post-quantum cryptography: a wide range of algorithms to choose from, added based on NIST recommendations and independent researchers.
Cellframe is not just a blockchain. Itβs a bunker, ready to protect your assets from the quantum apocalypse now, and prepared for existence in the world after it.
