The voting begins today and will end in two weeks, on January 8, 2025, at 9:00 UTC.

📌 Yesterday, we launched the voting on the distribution of rewards between stakers and validators, and we’ve received many questions from you. Let’s dive into the details.

From the very beginning of the project, we envisioned our staking program as a flexible system guided in many ways by the decisions of our community. This primarily refers to the total size of the rewards pool and the distribution scheme.

☑️ Once we launched our voting platform, enabling the most active and dedicated members of our community to voice their opinions on project development and governance, our first step was to hold a vote on the issuance of staking rewards. The community determined that the total rewards pool for 2025 would be 2 million CELL tokens and then a new vote will also be held.

Initially, we distributed these rewards between stakers and validators ourselves, adhering to the 50/50 ratio established in our tokenomics. We received feedback from masternode owners, who play a crucial role in the development of our blockchain. In response, we initiated a dedicated vote to collectively find the optimal solution — one that garners the highest total weighted votes.

☑️ Once the voting concludes on January 8, the current reward distribution ratio (50/50) between stakers and validators may be adjusted based on the new results. If changes are made, the specific reward amounts for different staking types will also be updated (while maintaining the existing proportions between the staking pools). We’ll provide detailed information in a separate post. Meanwhile, remember that you can always increase your passive income by delegating your keys to validators and earning a percentage of the masternode’s rewards.

The community has made its choice — the program's conditions remain unchanged.

Last week, we launched a vote proposing to discontinue LP staking support for stablecoin pairs USDT, USDC, and DAI and redirect the reward pool for this type of staking toward supporting and promoting our project. As a result, the "No change" option won the vote. This means the staking program will remain as it is.

• Automatic selection between out and out_ext in transactions: the transaction compiler now automatically determines the correct item type when creating JSON transactions. Users simply need to specify out and optionally a token. This streamlines the process and makes it much more efficient!
• Optimized wallet outputs command: this command displays unspent wallet outputs for manual JSON transaction creation. Now, with caching, the response time is significantly faster, eliminating the need for manual searches or data extraction.
• Improved swap file usage: the node now optimizes swap file performance, enhancing system operation when RAM is insufficient.

☑️ Fixes and Improvements:
• Fixed display of action and service in reverse bridge transactions (CF20 -> BEP20/ERC20).
• Resolved cache crashes in the exchange module.
• Enhanced reward outputs (via the srv_stake rewards command).
• Fixed issues in three types of notifications: wallet list updates, data updates for specific networks, notifications for new wallet creation.
• Addressed issues with sending transactions from encrypted but unlocked wallets.

• Full migration of the network component to node notifications — fewer requests and greater efficiency.
• Updated the supported node version to 334.
• Improved the masternode launch cancellation algorithm: all data is now properly restored, and staking is reverted in case of an issue or cancellation.

☑️ Fixes and Improvements:
• Fixed an issue on macOS where installing new Dashboard versions over old ones required manually terminating processes — this is now automated.
• Resolved synchronization progress calculation errors — no more percentage jumps caused by receiving "- %" instead of numeric values.
• Optimized service logs and graphical interface performance.

💡 Dear Community,

We are introducing an important update to the Cellframe staking program. Due to the growing quantum threat, it has become essential to reduce the number of quantum-vulnerable CELL. As a result, we are discontinuing the acceptance of new LP stakes in the BSC and ERC networks.

Existing LP stakes will remain active, and all rewards will be fully accrued. However, it will no longer be possible to create new stakes with PancakeSwap and UniSwap LP tokens.

Instead, we are initiating the development of a proprietary quantum-resistant mechanism for liquidity provision for the native CF-20 token. We will create a new standard, CF-01, for LP tokens on the Cellframe platform. In upcoming posts, we will share more details about how this mechanism will work and how to create LP pairs on our DEX. Stay tuned for updates!
