Olaf Scholz is the German chancellor since 8 December 2021.
He is a member of the Social Democratic Party (SPD) and he previously served as Vice Chancellor under Angela Merkel.
He has tried significantly to turn to green energy and to prevent the war from breaking out. He also tried recently to save the relationship with China.
However he is the Chancellor and he does bare responsibility for the ongoing sanctions, the absence of cheap russian gas and the deindustrialization of Germany.
He is a serious politician so he has earnt some respect all these years.
However he is closing his eyes to the Nordstream catastrophy for Germany. His measures provoke inflation. These failures will follow him in the future unless he turns situation around.

Yesterday the 7th NATO Meeting with subject "aid to Ukraine" took place in Ramstein, Germany.
The whole world was shocked on Tuesday night by the incident in Polland and the efforts of Ukraine government to initiate WWIII.
Zelenskiy stated on camera "this is done by Russians who hit Polland with missiles and expanded the war to a NATO country. We all need to fight against Russia."
Civilians in EU and US ask from their governments to stop fueling the war, stop providing weapons and demand peace negotiations instead.
And what do military and political leaders of EU, US and NATO decide yesterday on Ramstein?
To further send billions and weapons to Ukraine.

At the Ramstein, the meeting participants agreed on new arms supplies to Ukraine:
πΈπͺSweden - a $287 million aid package, which includes, among other things, air defense systems;
πͺπΈSpain - two more Hawk launchers and missiles for them;
π¨π¦Canada - 500 million dollars and winter equipment and drones; plus intelligence aid from Canadian satellites
π©πͺGermany - anti-aircraft weapons, artillery and ammunition for MLRS;
π¬π·Greece - 155-mm artillery shells;
π΅π±Poland - additional artillery and anti-tank weapons, short-range air defense systems

China and Russia commenced rail-road traffic across Amur river bridge!
The first train with direction from Russia to China crossed the bridge at the Nizhneleninskoye-Tongjiang border.
The launch of traffic on the bridge opens a new transport corridor between Russia and China, which removes a number of existing infrastructure restrictions.
The distance of cargo transportation to the northern provinces of China will be reduced by more than 700 km compared to existing routes.
China is Russia's largest trade and economic partner.
