ELizabeth Rozenberg US government official who serves as Assistant Secretary of Treasury visited Turkey this week.

During her visit she met with a delagation of Turkish Treasury & Finance ministry. As per statement issued basic aim of her trip was to deliver a warning to Turkey over their tightening relationships with Russia.

Bill Gates made interesting statements regarding the transition to clean energy.

He considers we need to start immediately to avoid a climate disaster and consider the progress achieved so far minimal.

He considers emerging economies as South Africa, Brazil, India, China are responsible for 2/3 of greenhouse gas emissions and are not thinking responsibly from a global perspective.

Maybe true but would he be asking his own country US to slow down development a few decades ago ? Maybe appropriate motivation should be put in place for these countries to contribute to gas emissions path to zero?

Emmanouel Macron accuses US of double standards in prices of energy sold domestically in US and abroad in Europe.

Surprise, surprise. It took a military operation, 9 rounds of sanctions, Nordstream pipelines sabotage before the French leader spoke out loud what every rational person in Europe understood from day 1. That the whole purpose of this conflict was to substitute cheap Russian pipeline gas with US expensive LNG transferred by carriers.

4 times more expensive US sells to EU versus its domestic market the French Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire stated.

Officially the EU countries one after the other announce that they train Ukrainian soldiers on their territory getting deeper and deeper involved in the crisis.
After Baltic countries and UK it was turn of Macron to make a similar announcement.
It is amazing how Europeans destroy their continent with their own hands step by step.

We remind it was Macron who stated 2 days ago that US who is demanding support for Ukraine same time sells to European allies 4 times more expensive gas!!!!

And some humour from Munich in Germany.
While Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz is exiting a meeting a citizen is asking him to start negotiations with President of RF Vladimir Putin for peace.
As basic reason the fact that he wants to pay the doner 4 euros as he used to pay before the crisis and not 8 euros.
😁
Good sense of humour can brighten the day!
