At that moment Carlos Martens Bilongo, of the La France Insoumise (LFI), was questioning the government regarding migration issues.

As more than 40% of Ukraine energy infrastructure is already out of operation the country is facing rolling black-outs in all major cities.
If there is not a peace negotiation soon then 3 million residents of Kiev will have to be evacuated as winter is coming and there will be no electricity, no heating and no hot water.
