On the morning of 30 August, 2024, Cambodia Development Center organized a Lecture on "Shifting Multilateralism: (but) in Which Direction?". The Lecture featured H.E. Dr. UN Kheang, Secretary of State of MFAIC and Member of Board of Director of CD-Center, as a speaker, and Assist. Prof. Dr. YUN Kea, Deputy Director of IISPP and Member of Board of Director of CD-Center, as a moderator.

Seminar: "Harnessing the Power of AI"

On the Morning of 31 August, 2024, CD-Center, CAM-ASEAN and YEAC co-organized a seminar on “Harnessing the Power of AI”. The seminar presided over by H.E. DAV Ansan, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation and Executive Director of Cambodia Development Center.

During the seminar, Mr. SOKHAN Darapy, Deputy Executive Director of CD-Center, delivered a presentation on “Foundation of AI Applications and Their Implications” and participated as one of the panelists in the discussion. He explored the transformative potential of AI, delved into the critical role of academic research in advancing AI technologies, highlighting the need for scholarly rigor in understanding both the capabilities and limitations of AI.
