Many players are facing issues transferring funds from MEXC to CropBytes due to MEXC’s shift to smart contract withdrawals instead of the previous direct wallet-to-wallet transfers.
What Changed?
• Previous Method: Direct wallet-to-wallet transfers (simple and fully compatible with CropBytes).
• Smart Contract Withdrawals: Funds are sent via blockchain smart contracts, adding automation but requiring extra support, which we’re actively working on.
What You Should Do:
1. Avoid withdrawing funds directly from MEXC to CropBytes.
2. Withdraw to an intermediate wallet (e.g., MetaMask), then transfer to CropBytes.
For Players with Stuck Funds:
If your funds are stuck, don’t worry—our team is on it! We’ll ensure your funds are credited soon.
We’re also working on enabling smart contract deposits for a smoother experience in the future. Thank you for your patience!
