Bearish Flag Pattern
🔅 The bearish flag is a candlestick chart pattern that signals the extension of the downtrend once the temporary pause is finished.
🔅 It's a consolidation forming between the downtrend channel
🔅 As a continuation pattern, the bear flag helps sellers to push the price action further lower.
🔅 In the case of a Bearish Flag chart pattern, the stop loss should be placed at the previous high of the pattern.
🔅 The limitation for the target will be the previous resistance level which was formed before by the price action.
