Falling Wedge

🔅The falling wedge pattern is a continuation pattern formed when price bounces between two downward sloping, converging trendlines.

🔅It is considered a bullish chart formation but can indicate both reversal and continuation patterns – depending on where it appears in the trend.

🔅Falling wedge makes with lower highs and lower lows where lower lows being small.

🔅In the case of a Bullish Falling Wedge chart pattern, the stop loss should be placed at the previous low of the pattern.

🔅The limitation for the target will be the previous resistance level which was formed before by the price action.
