• Set up a call/ visit program on foreign banks’ representative offices in Yangon to source for business opportunities.
• Send SWIFT to foreign banks to establish RMA and Nostro accounts opening.
• Follow up and respond to queries via SWIFT/ email from foreign banks.
• Send queries and follow up on cases via SWIF/ email to foreign banks.
• Work independently, taking ownership of issues and escalate to management as required to appropriate party.
• Arranging appointment and organizing meeting smoothly for advisor.
• Handle calls promptly by providing accurate and timely information.
• Assist advisor in preparing presentations, reports and other meeting materials.
• Arrange and coordinate travel and accommodation as and when it needed.

• Processing of credit applications.
• To check and follow up on the status of pending loan cases submitted by Corporate Banking Department
• To monitor compliance of financial (financial ratios) and non-financial covenants clients need to observe.
• To spread financial statements using financial ratios for preparation of fresh credit applications or review/renewal.
• To provide recommendations on credit analysis paper
• To manage/monitor on conditions precedent to drawdown and conditions subsequent to drawdown.
• To provide term sheet or facility letter or guarantee letter and explain its terms to customers to conclude and perfect facility offering.
• To assess market trend and government policy changes
• To translate and summarize the important facts on facility letter, credit paper.
• To conduct site visit together with Corporate Banking RMs (when necessary)
• To monitor repayment and generate reports.
• To supervise, support and train staff as necessary
𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝:
• Excellent Problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and attention to details
• Commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Credit assessment for commercial or corporate businesses.
• Good local relationship with local business communities.
• Good knowledge of local regulatory environment and in various corporate banking products.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player with ability to coordinate with product partners and support functions.
• Excellent communication skills to work with the internal colleagues and to build sold relationship with the clients.
• Detailed oriented thinking and problem-solving skills.
Qualification Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Or Accounting, Or Banking & Finance
• Strong computer skills especially Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Myanmar languages
