If you don't want extra plugins (if you feel this plugins are useless ) then note those plugin names (You can check all plugin and commands in the bot by .help text) . Then set the vars as follows

KEY : NO_LOAD

VALUE : The plugin names which you don't want

NOTE : if there are multiple names then just use space between these names

After setting these you can see those plugins will not be loaded in your bot .
