Anthropic 进一步在官方声明中指出，为应对现实安全挑战并兑现其推动“民主价值与美国 AI 领导力”的承诺，将严格执行最新的地区销售限制。该限制明确指出，若企业控股结构超 50% 归属于不受支持地区（如中国），即使其运营地点在其他国家，也将无法访问公司服务。

WSL 计划作罢，开个大点的 Rust 项目，rust-analyzer 一吃满就会自动终止 WSL 进程
