YLD Application
Young Leaders Development(YLD) is Rejoice Africa's(RA) long-term initiative to foster the development of young leaders across the continent. This year, in collaboration with the Addis Ababa University FBE career development center RA will take 30 students on a six-month personal development journey.
The six-month program will be ongoing coaching, training, field visits, and project work. We believe this will have a significant effect on the student's character and leadership development.
The training will cover Character Development, Leadership ,Focus and Vision, Empowerment, Communication Skill, Risk Management, Networking, Servant leadership, Planning, Conflict Resolution etc

ዉድ የቢዝነስና ኢኮኖሚክስ ኮሌጅ መደበኛ ተማሪዎች
በቅድሚያ ሰላምታችን ይድረሳችሁ፡፡
የኮሌጁ የተማሪዎች የሙያ ማበልፀጊያ ማእከል የሚያዘጋጃቸዉ አጫጭር የሙያ ማበልፀጊያ አካል የሆኑ የህይወት ክህሎት ስልጠናዎች አስፈላጊነታቸዉ ምንም አያጠያይቅም፡፡ ከአሁን በፊት በተመረቁ ተማሪዎቻችን እና በናንተም በኩልም እየታየ ያለዉ ፍላጎት የሚያበረታታ እና የስልጠናዎቹን ጠቀሜታ እንደተረዳችሁት ትልቅ ማስረጃ ነዉ፡፡
የስልጠናዎቹን አላማ ከማሳካት አንፃር፤ ከአሰልጣኞች ጋር ባደረግነዉ ዉይይት እና እኛም ባስተዋልነዉ መሰረት፤ በስልጠናዎች ሰአት የሚታዩ ክፍተቶችን ማስተካከል ስላላብን የሚከተሉትን ነጥቦች ከግንዛቤ ዉስጥ እንድሰታስገቡ እንጠይቃለን፡፡
1. ከዚህ በሁዋላ የሚዘጋጁ ስልጠናዎችን በተመለከተ፤ በጎግል ፎረም የ online ምዝገባ ስናካሂድ ፤ ለዚያ ስልጠና የተመዘገቡ ተማሪዎች ቁጥር ልክ 200 ሲሞላ ምዝገባ ይቆማል (አንዳንድ ተማሪዎች፤ የምዝገባ ፎርሙን ከዘጋን በሁዋላ ሰለምትገቡ ነዉ፤ ሊንኩ የማይከፍትላችሁ)፡፡ ስለዚህ ቀድሞ የተመዘገበ ተማሪ ብቻ እድሉን ያገኛል ማለት ነዉ፡፡ We apply the FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE principle.
2. በስልጠናዉ እለት ቀድመዉ የመጡ ከ100-120 ተማሪዎችን ብቻ እናሳትፋለን፡፡ ለስልጠናዉ ፀጥታ እና ጊዜ አጠቃቀም ሲባል፤ የአዳራሽ በር ከተዘጋ በሁዋላ መግባት አይፈቀድም፡፡ አዳራሽ ከገባችሁ በሁዋላም፤ አስቸጋሪ ጉዳይ ካልገጠማችሁ በስተቀር፤ መዉጣት አይፈቀድም፡፡ ያለ አሳማኝ ምክንያት አንድ ተማሪ ከወጣ/ች በሁዋላ ተመልሶ መግባት አይቻልም፡፡
3. በስልጠናዉ ላይ በ online የተመዘገባችሁ ተማሪዎች ብቻ እንድትሳተፉ እናሳስባለን፡፡ አቴንዳንስ ላይ የፈረሙ እና online የተመዘገቡትን በማመሳከር ነዉ የስልጠና ዳታቤዝ ዉስጥ የምናስገባዉ፡፡ ስለዚህ online ያልተመዘገበ ተማሪ፤ ስልጠናዉ ላይ ቢሳተፍም ያንን ስልጠና በተመለከተ ዳታቤዝ ዉስጥ አይካተትም ማለት ነዉ፡፡
4. የሌሎች የተመዘገቡ ተማሪዎችን እድል ላለመዝጋት ሲባል፤ በ online ያልተመዘገባችሁ ተማሪዎች ወደ ስልጠና አዳራሽ ባትገቡ መልካም ነዉ፡፡ የገባችሁም ተማሪዎችም ስልጠናዉን ላልወሰዱ ተማሪዎች አቴንዳንስ ላይ እንዳትፈርሙ እናሳስባለን፡፡
5. ከተሰጡት ስልጠናዎች 80% እና ከዚያ በላይ ለተከታተሉ ተማሪዎቸ ብቻ የስልጠና ሰርተፊኬት (Training Certificate) እንሰጣለን፡፡
መልካም የትምህርት እና የስልጠና ጊዜ እንዲሆንላችሁ እንመኛለን፡፡

4. የሌሎች የተመዘገቡ ተማሪዎችን እድል ላለመዝጋት ሲባል፤ በ online ያልተመዘገባችሁ ተማሪዎች ወደ ስልጠና አዳራሽ ባትገቡ መልካም ነዉ፡፡ የገባችሁም ተማሪዎችም ስልጠናዉን ላልወሰዱ ተማሪዎች አቴንዳንስ ላይ እንዳትፈርሙ እናሳስባለን፡፡
5. ከተሰጡት ስልጠናዎች 80% እና ከዚያ በላይ ለተከታተሉ ተማሪዎቸ ብቻ የስልጠና ሰርተፊኬት (Training Certificate) እንሰጣለን፡፡
