QR codes will make transactions much easier.

Instead of going through the process of exchanging Venmo addresses & entering correct payment amounts, users can simply scan a QR code on their phone and complete the transaction in less than ten seconds.
One of the biggest ideas we're working on is the Cardstack app suite.

We're consolidating separate applications like Card Pay, Card Space, Card Catalog & Card Membership into one seamless app!

Hi Cardstack Community,

We are pleased to share with you the 2022 product roadmap for the Cardstack project. We are currently building a strong technical foundation and a live product suite to bring more features, users, and possibilities to the decentralized market. Cardstack is a full-stack Web3 platform covering wallets, dApps, protocols, and developer tools. We will push onwards throughout all layers of the stack while simultaneously working to engage, educate, and onboard Web3 users to the Cardstack community.

Card Pay operates on a sidechain that keeps gas and transaction fees below a penny.

We've been busy developing the information architecture of the Card Catalog!

The initial version will serve as a Web3 catalog. This allows us to index all the use cases, projects, and emerging specifications of various Web3 concepts, so that they can be composed and rendered using the Cardstack interface.

Our dApp team is creating user profile pages for all users of the Cardstack ecosystem, especially those who created merchant or business accounts as part of the Card Pay beta program.

Web3 dApps are typically used only by those who have wallets. As a result of the structures behind MetaMask and other injected wallets, the data displayed in webpages is not often sharable via URL or indexed by search engines like Google.
