We have completed the development of an off-chain storage approach that will allow us to store additional metadata related to the Card Pay protocol, such as the design of the look and feel of a particular prepaid card or reward card.

On the protocol research front, we have reached a milestone in the creation of the Tally analytic model in support of fixed-time-period staking rewards!

A staker will receive a proportion of a fixed supply of rewards, based on the number of participants entering and existing within a program of multiple fixed-time-periods, e.g. multiple weeks.

This mechanism allows for the configuration and theme related to a prepaid or reward card to be stored in a flexible off-chain storage protocol, while being referenced via on-chain transactions.

The DID infrastructure (Decentralized Identifier) will also be used to store off-chain assets related to utility NFTs.

Utility NFTs are functional NFTs that give the users who possess them special privileges, such as permission to access content, rights to certain discounts, or the ability to unlock early access ahead of the general public.
