Tech giants make it easy to develop software for their proprietary ecosystems. What we need is something that will make it just as easy to create open-source software for blockchain — and get rewarded fairly for it https://youtu.be/HGjFzszqPgk
We have published the first update about the Cardstack Token Generation Event (TGE). This official blog post clarifies the timeline and criteria for Batch A, B, and C. Please review this post and the flowchart in detail and follow the steps to participate in one of the batches. We’re excited to announce that Cardstack founding director Chris Tse will be doing a YouTube AMA.

We’ve been humbled and excited by the support for Cardstack’s goal of building the experience layer of the decentralized Internet. Our project is built upon the open-source ethos, so we want our community to be informed and involved as we approach the Token Generation Event.

Chris will be answering your questions from the Cardstack Telegram community. Feel free to ask anything and everything on your mind about the project — simply submit it in our Telegram group and use the hashtag #AMA.

All questions need to be submitted by February 21st, 2018. The AMA video will be shared to our Telegram group, and on our social media platforms when it is published.

Thank you for your continued support.
There was a region wide black out in Zug yesterday, and has affected the IP routing configurations in Bitcoin Suisse's system. We are awaiting word from Bitcoin Suisse when the platform will be up and running again.
❗️Pre-Allocations for Batch B are now closed. ❗️

Please register your interest for the Crowdsale (Batch C) by signing up at

Admins have no way of verifying status of pre-allocations.

**No one from Cardstack or AmaZix team will send you a private message, post blog or website content containing any contribution address or offering any bonus. Please be on the lookout for scammers who impersonate admins and send private messages with fake ETH address.
The pre-allocation/Batch B is closed and the crowd fundraiser/Batch C has not started yet. Please beware of scammers! If you receive a message or email asking you to send funds, it is very likely spam and not from Bitcoin Suisse or Cardstack. DO NOT SEND ANY FUNDS AT THIS TIME!
Cardstack will soon be doing another #AMA! Do you have any questions for us? Join the Telegram group and leave your questions there. Be sure to tag them with the #AMA hashtag!

Here’s a major blind spot in blockchain: is there a better use of the GPUs in the Ethereum world? (The answer is yes.)

Read about Cardstack's Tally consensus protocol, which scales Ethereum dApps using existing hash power:

There are different pools collecting funds claiming to have an allocation from Cardstack. Our Early Contribution agreement does not allow for redistribution of tokens from parties that did not KYC/AML before the issuance of ECAs. Please do not participate, as these pools are likely scams. Even if they are not, we will rescind their allocation due to the violation of the terms.
Last week, Chris was in Hong Kong, where he worked with crypto enthusiasts on lining up behind the Tally protocol. The Tally approach presents a way to provide scalability for the type of multi-payer and multi-payee payment network Cardstack is trying to build. We have completed a few rounds of security audit for our smart contract, conducted by NCC Group. Additionally, we have added the upgradable and extensible part of the Cardstack Token Mechanism and the vesting features, improved the whitelisting capabilities, as well as implemented the proxy patterns with Ethereum Name Service (ENS) support. The source code will be open-sourced soon for a more public review. You can read about our approach to token vesting in our Medium blog post: https://medium.com/cardstack/building-a-token-vesting-contract-b368a954f99
