Hello and welcome everyone!

For Cardano to reach its true potential and achieve broader adoption, it needs builders. It needs thinkers, developers and do-ers. That’s where you, the community comes in. This raises a challenge for us all to address, which we are voicing like this: “How can we encourage developers and entrepreneurs to build Dapps and businesses on top of Cardano within the next 6 months?”

Let’s rise to that challenge!

Our journey starts with the Challenge Exploration week (16-23 September), where we’re inviting every community member to share their perspective on the challenge, which will lead to finding better solutions in the future. 

We would like to hear your thoughts, opinions, examples of other great solutions of a similar challenge or personal experience on this matter. This is a week of sharing inspiring, visionary, and hypothetical thoughts and your expectations for this project. It is less about getting into the detail - just yet - but more about expanding on the challenge to encourage even more creative ideas! 

For example, you can provide an opinion on what kind of proposals would you like to see submitted. E.g. I would love to see someone propose a system to identify entrepreneurs and developers in the ecosystem, and keep them notified when new opportunities are introduced.

Your perspective can be shared with the community by logging into Ideascale. Press the “Share perspective” button and post into the Fund2 campaign.

A quick reminder: challenge exploration phase will end on the 23rd of September when we will move into the Idea Submission phase.

Thank you for getting involved in Project Catalyst, or experiment in Cardano community innovation! 

Together we hope to build a compelling set of governance tools and processes that put the future of our blockchain in the hands of every ada holder. 

At the beginning of Fund 2, we challenged you to think about one question:

“How can we encourage developers and entrepreneurs to build Dapps and businesses on top of Cardano within the next 6 months?” 

The challenge exploration stage is now coming to an end. That means that tomorrow is the deadline for giving your perspective, before Fund 2 continues to the next stage where we will all start generating ideas to meet the challenge.
