Hi Guys,
I will share something that happened to me today.
We got a call on office number and I received it, the student on the other side didn’t know it was me speaking. He enquired “when is revision going to get uploaded on YouTube”, i said “1st April” and the call got disconnected.
I called back assuming the call got disconnected coz of network issue but only later I got to know that the student dropped the call without even acknowledging about my answer coz he got the answer for his doubt.

This made me wonder that whenever we call any customer care number or any Service provider whom we have paid; we are rude at times. The person on the other side is also a normal human being like us.
Let’s start respecting them as they are doing their job . Speaking politely and a thank you is the least we can do.
