📣 Request for Proposal for Child Protection and Prevention Sexual Exploitation and Harassment Service Provider

CAPRED seeks to engage a consulting firm or consortium to supply a series of trainings in the areas of Child Protection (CP) and Prevention Sexual Exploitation and Harassment (PSEAH). The training service provider must design, deliver, and evaluate training program on Child Protection and the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (PSEAH) to CAPRED partner organisations throughout Cambodia. The training aims to build capacity within the partner organisations and its partners/supply chain to prevent and respond to incidents and ensure a safe and respectful working environment in line with Australia's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) minimum standards.

Australia and Cambodia Strengthen Strategic Partnership for Economic Growth

Australia is supporting Cambodia to achieve resilient, inclusive, and sustainable economic growth through our flagship economic development program, the Cambodia Australia Partnership for Resilient Economic Development (CAPRED).

CAPRED contributes to key objectives under Cambodia’s Pentagonal Strategy, as well as Australia’s International Development Policy and Australia’s Southeast Asia Economic Strategy.
Australia is pleased to have received endorsement of the CAPRED implementation plan for the coming year from our Royal Government of Cambodia program governance partners, led by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

This support was formalised at the second CAPRED Program Steering Committee meeting, co-chaired by Mr Andreas Zurbrugg, Head of Cooperation at the Australian Embassy, and H.E. Ros Seilava, Secretary of State, Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Through CAPRED, Australia and Cambodia will continue to collaborate on priority activities across agricultural production, agro-processing, trade, investment, enterprise development, clean water and energy, climate resilience, policy, gender equality, disability, and inclusion (GEDSI).

Operation Lead Wanted!

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer (COO), the Operations Lead will undertake a critical role in the core program team, taking responsibility for the efficient implementation and management of human resources, the office facilities, administration, logistics and IT functions.

The role will also work closely with the COO to ensure the smooth operation of the office systems for effective management of CAPRED’s operations. This role is not responsible for the financial, procurement and grant functions. Nor any program technical areas. This is an entrepreneurial role, which requires creativity, proactive thinking, ownership, self-accountability, adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
