តោះ សាកស្រមៃមើលថា កម្ពុជា គឺជាប្រទេសដែលស្ត្រី និងកុមារី ខិតសំប្រឹងប្រែងក្លាយជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ ជាសហគ្រិន និងទទួលបានភាពស្មើគ្នា។ នោះគឺជាទស្សនវិស័យនៅពីក្រោយយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រនារីរតនៈទី៦ (២០២៤ – ២០២៨) ដែលជាគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមដ៏សំខាន់មួយ ដែលដាក់ឱ្យដំណើរការដោយក្រសួងកិច្ចការនារី និងគាំទ្រដោយប្រទេសអូស្ត្រាលី។
អូស្ត្រាលីមានមោទនភាពដែលបានជួយគាំទ្រដល់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាលើគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមនេះ ហើយយើងមានជំហររឹងមាំ ក្នុងន័យជួយដល់កម្ពុជាលើមាគ៌ាផ្លាស់ប្តូរដ៏វិជ្ជមាននេះ។ យើងជឿជាក់ថា សមភាពយេនឌ័រមិនត្រឹមតែជាសិទ្ធិជាមូលដ្ឋានរបស់មនុស្សប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែវាមានសារៈសំខាន់ផងដែរក្នុងការកសាងសង្គមប្រកបដោយសន្តិភាព និងវិបុលភាព។
ផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តមួយនេះ ជួយត្រួសត្រាយផ្លូវសម្រាប់កម្ពុជាឱ្យក្លាយជាប្រទេសប្រកបដោយសមធម៌ជាងមុន ដោយផ្តល់សិទ្ធិអំណាចដល់ស្ត្រី និងកុមារីលើគ្រប់ទិដ្ឋភាពនៃជីវិត។ ការនេះ មានន័យថា ឱកាស កាន់តែច្រើននឹងត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងសម្រាប់ស្ត្រី និងក្មេងស្រីក្នុងការចូលរួមក្នុងវិស័យការងារ ដឹកនាំអាជីវកម្មដែលរីកចម្រើន និងសម្រេចបាននូវសក្តានុពលពេញលេញរបស់ពួកគេ។

កាលពីពេលថ្មីៗនេះ អូស្ត្រាលីបានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមសម្របសម្រួលម្ចាស់ជំនួយជាលើកដំបូង ស្តីពីទឹកស្អាតនៅកម្ពុជា។ កិច្ចប្រជុំដ៏សំខាន់នេះ បានប្រមូលផ្តុំបណ្តាដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ដែលធ្វើការលើវិស័យទឹកស្អាតរួមគ្នា ដើម្បីចែករំលែកអំពីវឌ្ឍនភាព ក៏ដូចជាពិភាក្សាការងារអំពីបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានា និងស្វែងរកវិធីសាស្រ្តដើម្បីពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរបស់យើងក្នុងការគាំទ្រលទ្ធភាពទទួលបានទឹកស្អាតប្រើប្រាស់នៅកម្ពុជាកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើង។

Working together for a better access to clean water for all Cambodians
Australia recently hosted the first donor coordination group meeting on clean water in Cambodia. This important event brought development partners working on clean water together to share progress, discuss challenges, and find ways for improved collaboration to support better access to clean water in Cambodia.
Australia’s longstanding support in the clean water sector has enabled more than 1 million Cambodians to access clean piped water.

Through CAPRED - our flagship economic development program - we are building on this success and are currently supporting the Cambodian government to establish a Water Development Fund. This will be a long-term financing mechanism to improve and accelerate access to a clean water supply for all Cambodian people.
Australia looks forward to working more closely with other development partners to support the Cambodian government to achieve its goal of providing access to clean water for all Cambodians by 2030.
