អូស្ត្រាលី គាំទ្រកម្ពុជាក្នុងការជំរុញសមភាពយេនឌ័រ និងបរិយាបន្នសម្រាប់អាជីវកម្មខ្នាតតូច
សមភាពយេនឌ័រ ពិការភាព និងបរិយាបន្នសង្គម (GEDSI) គឺជាចំណុចស្នូលនៃការអភិវឌ្ឍគោលនយោបាយអន្តរជាតិ និងការគាំទ្ររបស់ប្រទេសអូស្ត្រាលី។
នៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា សហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យម (SMEs) ច្រើនជាង ៦០% ត្រូវបានគ្រប់គ្រងដោយ ស្រ្តី។ ទោះបីជាយ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយ ស្ត្រីជួបប្រទះនឹងបញ្ហាប្រឈមសំខាន់ៗក្នុងកិច្ចការងាររបស់ពួកគាត់ ដែលក្នុងនោះរួមមាន លទ្ធភាពទទួលបានហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងការអប់រំនៅមានកម្រិត ផ្នត់គំនិតយេនឌ័រ និងការរឹតបន្តឹងក្នុងការធ្វើដំណើរជាដើម ។
តាមរយៈកម្មវិធី CAPRED បានគាំទ្រក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ ដើម្បីបង្កើតផែនការសកម្មភាពបញ្ជ្រាបសមភាពយេនឌ័រ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣-២០២៨ នេះ។
ថ្ងៃនេះ អូស្ត្រាលី និង ក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ បានរួមគ្នាដាក់ឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយផែនការនេះ ទៅដល់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងដៃគូនានា ក្នុងគោលបំណងលុបបំបាត់នូវឧបសគ្គទាំងឡាយដែលស្រ្តីជួបប្រទះ និងធ្វើឱ្យស្ត្រីកម្ពុជា ក៏ដូចជាជនមានពិការភាព និងក្រុមដែលងាយរងគ្រោះ អាចចូលរួម និងទទួលបានអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ស្មើៗគ្នាពីកំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនេះ។

CAPRED is seeking an Investment Promotion Specialist to work with the CAPRED team to support the establishment of the Agri-food Industrial Park (AIP) in Cambodia. This role includes working closely with the stakeholders of AIP to encourage participation in the AIP initiative. សន្និសីទនេះ ប្រារព្ធឡើងនៅខេត្តសៀមរាប ថ្ងៃទី ១-៣ ខែកុម្ភៈ ដោយបានប្រមូលផ្តុំសិក្ខាកាមចូលរួមជាង ៥០០ នាក់ មកពី ៣៤ប្រទេស។
សន្និសីទនេះ បានផ្តល់នូវវេទិកាមួយដើម្បីភ្ជាប់ទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងអ្នកផលិតជាមួយនឹងអ្នកកែច្នៃអន្តរជាតិ ពាណិជ្ជករ អ្នកនាំចេញ អ្នកវិនិយោគ និងអ្នកទិញ។ សន្និសីទនេះ ក៏បានផ្តល់នូវការយល់ដឹងអំពីគំរូអាជីវកម្មថ្មីៗ និងការអនុវត្តដ៏ល្អប្រសើរ ដើម្បីបង្កើនតម្លៃនៃខ្សែសង្វាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់គ្រាប់ស្វាយចន្ទី។
