Graphic video: #Portland Police released footage of a wanted black male suspect who beat a robbery victim in downtown on March 13 using a golf club. He was then handed hot coffee from staff at the Less and More Coffee, which is used to assault the victim further. Harold Griffin III was arrested on Friday & was wanted in a string of attacks. While on the run, he was convicted last week of felony robbery in a neighboring county. He is eligible to have the felony reduced to a misdemeanor under Oregon law.
