Longer note with some thoughts on the state of $HYPE at this moment, and what is coming
Short term, I feel that HYPE is going sideways for a few days here, but I do still believe it could extend up to $75 in the next week.
Regardless, I believe that this run will likely retrace to some degree, so better buying opportunities are conceivable. A retrace to $50 at some point wouldn't be out of the question, given the $75 hypothesis is correct.
The first HIP-4 (prediction) markets are live now, so will be interesting to see how that affects trading volume, especially in comparison with Polymarket and Kalshi -> collective consciousness as a whole.
Lastly for now on HYPE, the two biggest points:
• The CLARITY act is upon us
This is the most significant crypto market structure legislation in U.S. history. It passed the House almost 1y ago in July 2025 and just cleared the Senate Banking Committee on May 14, 2026; it is now going to the full Senate. There is a massive potential growth impact here, as Hyperliquid CEO + founder Jeff Yan has been in DC over the past months discussing CLARITY. They are actively finding a path forward wrt where Hyperliquid as an onchain derivatives platform actually sits in the regulated future. I believe it is highly likely that the passing of CLARITY leads to Hyperliquid officially opening to the United States, in which case the growth, value, and ecosystem implications could be huge.
• The USDC + Coinbase Partnership
TLDR, Hyperliquid partnered with Coinbase and Circle. Coinbase is now the official treasury deployer for USDC as Hyperliquid's Aligned Quote Asset, and Circle will power mint/burn mechanics.
This builds on the GENIUS Act (the stablecoin legislation passed in 2025), which created a compliant framework for dollar-pegged assets onchain. So essentially, this partnership enhances Hyperliquid's institutional-grade infrastructure and revenue model while aligning with U.S. policy favoring regulated stablecoins over offshore alternatives (their USDH, which is now being phased out).
TLDR, it is an incredibly exciting time to be a Hyperliquid enjoyer.

We are now seeing onchain loans, collateralized using Pokemon cards.
This could go in many directions, but as of today, holders of rare cardboard are able to access liquidity that they wouldn't have otherwise had on assets that wouldn't have otherwise been liquid - without selling all current and potential upside.
There are many questions being asked about "why onchain loan" etc. but in reality, I think they apply to all asset backed loans rather than just those that are onchain.
Likely not the last update on RWA/card related things.

2. See where the market clears.
3. Look for signs momentum is fading.
4. Then consider a position.

Getting a lot of questions on $HYPE
We hit the $75 target Candle Secréto predicted directly on the nose before the drawback and now after some consolidation, the next move (macro aside) is forming.
Watch closely. If HYPE fails at $60, then we will likely see $47-50.
$50 is a big mark and since HYPE was floating sideways at $35-40 for a while prior to this last run up, it is unlikely that it goes any lower than $45 before being bought up.
If we don’t fail $60 and it holds, we can expect to likely stay sideways here until further notice, from what we can tell.
So TLDR is to watch for the $60 failure -> if that happens, you then have a buying opportunity.
