Toronto under rainfall warning, Environment Canada says

Toronto is under rainfall and freezing rain warnings as up to 20–40 mm of rain is expected Sunday, with frozen ground increasing the risk of localized flooding. Freezing rain may cause 2–5 mm of ice buildup, making roads and walkways slippery and hazardous. Some roads could become impassable, and Highway 400 northbound was closed due to icy conditions and collisions. Rain should ease Monday morning, but strong winds are forecast, and residents are urged to take precautions.
