Gasoline, antisemitic messages found at Ottawa hospital๐ฉ
The Ottawa Hospital says Ottawa police are investigating after someone found poured gasoline and unspecified antisemitic messages at its General campus. In an email, a hospital spokesperson said they were found in a clinical area overnight on Thursday. Ottawa police said in an email officers were called around 11:15 p.m. ๐ฅ
After that, a 29-year-old man was arrested and charged with various hate-motivated offences. Child deliberately killed during gang-related shooting in Edmonton, police say ๐ซ
An 11-year-old boy was intentionally shot to death along with his father Thursday near a southeast Edmonton gas station in what police are calling a troubling escalation of gang violence in the city.
The child and his 41-year-old father, Harpreet Uppal, were killed inside their vehicle around noon Thursday. The boy was not caught in crossfire, Edmonton Police Service acting Supt. Colin Derksen told a Friday morning news conference.
