Our has pioneered novel technologies for human-interfacing AI, and for measuring human trust in said AI. We want to understand how we can interface with human users interacting with AI systems on a cognitive level, to help them achieve the best outcome in their activities. The work applies to a wide application area, e.g. from clinical decision support systems based on reinforcement learning (Komorowski et. al, Nature Medicine 2018; Gottessmann et al., Nature Medicine, 2019), interpretable reinforcement learning algorithms for human-machine interaction (Beyret et al, IROS 2019). The objective of the project is to develop flexible and directly interpretable unsupervised learning algorithms based on tensor decompositions for neuroimaging data fusion. Specific objectives include the study of their theoretical properties and demonstrate their performance on multi-subject and multimodality neuroimaging data for personalized medicine applications.
Candidate profile: Master’s degree or equivalent, with experience in signal processing, machine learning or applied mathematics.

توی مزاکره برای حقوق (مخصوصا الان که آخر سال هست) یا اگه دنبال پوزیشنی هستید و ... فقط به اون چیزی که به شما پیشنهاد داده میشه اکتفا نکنید. سعی کنید عادت کنید اون چیزی که مدنظر خودتون هست رو همیشه مطرح کنید. حالا یا پذیرفته میشه یا اینکه نه. از این حالت که بدتر نداریم.
رعایت کردن این مورد نیاز به این داره که تمرین کنید. درخواست کردن یه خواسته. اصلا نشونه بی ادبی یا گستاخی یا قدرنشناسی شما نیست. اجازه ندید که افراد حق و حقوق شما رو با استفاده از کلمه ها بخورن. حالا مهم نیست دارید با همکارتون صحبت میکنید. یا اینکه با مدیرعامل خوددتون برای حقوق بیشتر. یا با سرمایه گذار خودتون.
اینکه دوسال پیش اگه ما سرمایه گذای نمیکردیم شما از بین رفته بودید. یا دوسال پیش اگه من استخدامت نکرده بودم. دلیل نیست. افراد خیلی وقت ها البته ناخواسته از روی احساست این حرف ها رو به شما میزنن و در نتیجه این طوری میشه که شما از چیزی که میخواهید بهش برسید دور میشید.
بهترین کار این هست که درخواست خودتون رو با قدرداری از فرصتی که در اختیار شما قرار گرفته شروع کنید. بعد خواسته خودتون رو روشن مطرح کنید. سعی کنید دلایل که طرف مقابل رو قانع میکنه که خواسته شما منطقی هست رو در ادامه مطرح کنید.
پیشنهاد من این هست که برای این مدل جلسه ها حتما یک لیست درست کنید. نکات مورد نظر خودتون رو بنویسید. یا حتی اگر لازم هست به صورت فایل در قابل پرزنتیشن اون رو آماده کنید که وقتی وارد جلسه شدید کسی نتونه شما رو از مسیر خودتون دور کنه.

وزیر ارتباطات: بیش از ۶۰ درصد مردم و کسبوکارهایشان وارد پیامرسانهای بومی شدهاند
۱. وزیر ارتباطات درباره پیامرسانهای داخلی به خانه ملت گفت: «در حال حاضر بیش از ۶۰ درصد از مردم و کسب و کارهایشان به پیامرسانهای داخلی وارد شدهاند و از این پیام رسانها استفاده میکنند.»
۲. زارعپور با اشاره به افزایش درآمد شرکت ملی پست برای جابجایی حجم مرسولات مردم به عنوان یک شاخص قابل اتکا در زمینه رونق کسب و کارها در پیام رسان های داخلی، اعلام کرد: «به واقع این شاخص نه تنها به حالت قبل برنگشته که افزایش پیدا کرده است.»
۳. زارع پور با بیان اینکه ۷۰ درصد کسبوکارهای اینترنتی کالا محور هستند، بیان کرد: «عمده محصولات فروخته شده از طریق شرکت ملی پست ارسال میشود و این شاخص نشان میدهد که کسب و کارهای مردم در پیامرسانهای داخلی رونق داشته است.»
۴. این آمارها در حالی مطرح میشود که رئیس کمیته اقتصاد دیجیتال مجلس از وزیر ارتباطات خواسته بود آمار دقیقتری مثل سهم ترافیک پیامرسانهای بومی منتشر کند. زارعپور اینها را جز اسرار پلتفرمهای داخلی عنوان کرد و گفت تنها در جلسهای با توانگر، این ارقام به او اطلاع داده خواهد شد.
۵. پیشتر برخی از اعضای نصر کشور نیز نسبت به آمارهای مطرح شده درباره پیامرسانهای بومی انتقاد داشتند.
