Investment Exceeding 10% Limit is applicable to Both (Investment in Shares of OTHER NBFC + GROUP Companies) ..
Not just on Group companies
( ambiguous ... Language of RBI says that 10% limit should apply only on Group co investment ... But ICAI intention seems different .. better to go with ICAI)
✅ In Tier 2 Capital - Revaluation Reserve will be Multiplied by 45% (Not 55%)
