We are pleased to announce that the conference will be held at FMP1 (Franz-Mehring-Platz 1), near the Ostbahnhof S-Bahn train station. The venue is wheelchair accessible (all rooms and restrooms), however, there are small thresholds at the doorways. If you have any further accessibility requirements, please let us know using the online form on our website.

With 600+ participants registered, we have a bold mission to resist big-tech! We need you to help us achieve it!

We are looking for 50 more volunteers during the conference (10-12 April) for speaker session support, kitchen, awareness etc. Please send registration link to anyone who might be interested in volunteering for one shift (3-5 hours) and encourage them to apply as soon as possible. We have 50 volunteers but we need 50 more.

Venue and start times
The conference venue is FMP1 at Franz-Mehring-Platz 1, 10243 Berlin.

- Friday registration opens at 14:00 followed by opening session at 15:30
- Saturday the conference begins at 9:45
- Sunday, the conference begins at 10:00

Code of Conduct
Please read the conference code of conduct before arriving to the venue. The organiser team reserves the right to eject anyone from the venue who violates the code of conduct. If during the conference you see someone violating the code of conduct or need assistance, please inform an awareness volunteer (wearing pink vests) immediately.

Please stay home if you are sick and test if you know that you've been recently in contact with flu/covid-infected person

Our Code of Conduct applies entire conference and is enforced by our incredible awareness team 🫶

We are aware there are right-wing journalists outside conference venue. We won’t let them inside.

We cannot prevent them from taking photographs outside so please cover your face for privacy reasons while entering.

Police are also outside. We are in direct contact with them and monitoring the situation. They said they will leave at 11am

Keep calm and take safety measures for yourself 🤗

We had last-minute cancellations due to illness (thank you for prioritizing your health)

If you are available for any open slots after 14:30, email us info@cableresist.de with brief title and abstract of your talk. Pending approval from @CableResist orga team. Otherwise, feel free to use the empty rooms for further networking/relaxation, in addition to our community room.
