I'm using termux just because it's easier to. Access at this particular moment
We need the file command installed...if you don't have it installed on your termux... Here is the command.
This is just like magic .... It tells you the file format
Like what's encoded to
See this

SXQncyBhbG1vc3QgMjAyMSAsIHdobyB1c2VzIGdsbyBhcyBJU1AgPy4uIDg1MzI5NjQ2OTUzOTYxMw==
Let's try to decode .... First we have to know what it was encoded to right
We can use magic to check that .... Or from experience you'll know this is a base64

We won't delve into that anymore
So I put the encoded text in a file named "decode_to" ....it's just like writing to a notepad
But with command
Then I used a command called base64 on Linux to decode it
To the last part .....
Which is the link

So this is the WhatsApp group invite to the next group ..... If you can decode you can join .....

I'll be deleting this one soon
This time I used a password to encrypt this

U2FsdGVkX1+i7J0AddE+UCefPvnTN80iQXYdCuUSP7h5F+q1ddiHLzF7v+GwLdjQ
oQWR95x6lKaaAqhKgBKpiz5WXgUfSTwdK4CU+Mw1j/o=
I'll solve it half way .....

First remember determine what it was encrypted to

So I'll solve this the way a normal user should approach it
...

First I tried using magic to determine what it was encrypted to no luck

I copied the hash and pasted on google ..... Got a link on stack overflow that mentioned openssl and base64

The fist letters were decoded to secret__

Okay sweet .....

So openssl ?....I had to go to my terminal to recheck myself so to be sure
So I wrote the encoded words to a file I just named " decode"
Then I used the command "file" to check what type of encryption was used on the file I saved earlier (decode)...
Then I used the command "file" to check what type of encryption was used on the file I saved earlier (decode)...
As you can see it says ....
Openssl
Encrypted
Salted with a *password*

So where is this password it mentioned

Well I dropped it earlier to be 4323 ....

In real world you might have to crack

So this is likely encrypted with AES (military encryption)
We have just 2 modes cbc and ecb ....
And it only allows 128bit, 192 bit ,256 bit

Read more about this ....
So there are limited modes to test .... A simple google search on how to decrypt with openssl and password will show you this command
As It was encoded with cbc 256 bit ..... and the password is 4323
I got the url

[ The url to this group is also encoded .... You can decode with cyberchef

You have until tomorrow night to decode the link and join the group ... Thank you
Please Note:

No one should share the invite link after decoding pls ..... I'll remove and revoke the link if that happens
