AI Developer (Full-Time) 10 Roles

We’re looking for creative, skilled, and detail-oriented AI Developers from those who love experimenting with cutting-edge models to production-focused engineers who can ship reliable, scalable AI systems that actually solve real problems.

What We’re Looking For
1. Strong Python skills with core data/AI libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, plus solid data wrangling and visualization.
2. Proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras, including experience with Transformers, LLMs, fine-tuning, and inference optimization.
3. Strong grasp of machine learning fundamentals — supervised/unsupervised learning, evaluation metrics, feature engineering, and managing overfitting.
4. Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM systems — prompt engineering, RAG, LangChain/LlamaIndex, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).
5. Familiarity with MLOps — model deployment (FastAPI, Docker, cloud platforms), versioning, monitoring, and scalable ML workflows.
6. Ability to write clean, maintainable, production-ready code.
7. A strong portfolio (GitHub/Kaggle/Hugging Face) demonstrating real AI/ML projects.
8. Curiosity and drive to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Position Details
Salary: 20,000 – 40,000 ETB (negotiable)
