Most teenagers really underestimate benefits of good sleep thinking that it's okay to sleep 4-5 hours a day. Alright, I do understand you as I was in your shoes. But you still can change everything thanks to simple life hacks. The first thing you should start with is going to bed in time.

🤔 If you ask me, I had the same problems a year ago. I went to bed at 5 a.m. and got up at 11. My sleep left much to be desired. I was burnt out and didn't want to do anything. But thanks to my efforts it got better. And now I sleep like a baby ⤵️
