An island in the middle of the ocean.

40°C heat, humidity, insects.

Every dollar from the PayPal sale gone. Debt worth twice your net worth.

Your childhood hero, Neil Armstrong, publicly calling you an idiot.

Tears in front of rocket debris after 3 failed launches. One rocket left. One shot before bankruptcy.

The result?

A $2 trillion company today.

Potentially $20 trillion if SpaceX succeeds in scaling humanity's access beyond Earth.

Dream bigger. Take risks. Build things.

Don't settle for being part of the crowd.

🧠 Obsidian Mind Adds Infinite Memory To AI Agents

Obsidian Mind is a new tool that creates a persistent, infinite context for AI models like Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini, and others.

It saves all information between sessions so models don’t need to be re-primed every time, saving tokens and effort.

✔️ Keeps full session history and context automatically
✔️ Loads context and notes at every start
✔️ Tracks decisions and analyzes problem causes
✔️ No registration or extra installations required
✔️ Works without usage limits

👉 Github 👈

This tool helps AI agents maintain continuous memory and context across sessions, improving workflow and reducing repeated setup.

Do not confuse activity with progress

A product that solved a problem six months ago may no longer be needed. Markets change. Customer behaviour changes. Yet founders keep adding features, changing packaging, adjusting prices. They improve the solution — but the problem has already shifted.

McKinsey found that companies analysing customer behaviour grow 85% faster. Those listening only to words, not actions, fall behind. Customers say one thing and do another. In surveys they want innovation. In reality they buy reliability.

Founders fall in love with their idea and stop noticing the market has moved. They add features when customers need clarity. They add complexity when customers want simplicity. They solve the old problem while thinking they are solving the new one.

How to avoid this mistake. Once a quarter, ask yourself one question: "What problem are we solving today?" Not "what problem did we solve a year ago." Look at the data: what are people buying, abandoning, recommending? Find the gap between words and actions. If it exists — the problem is not the solution, but the question.

A mistake even successful founders repeat: confusing activity with progress.

The paradox is that the market may validate an idea once, but demand something different later. The question is how often you revisit your current focus.
