"We are living through a difficult period where capitalism is showing its most aggressive face, allowing the most reactionary elements to impose fascist forms of domination, wage imperialist wars, and militarize the streets, among other things.
It is in this context that the working class and oppressed peoples continue to resist all kinds of barbarity and suffer firsthand torture, assassinations, detention, and a lack of medical care in prisons."
