👁Main Responsibilities:
Deliver company vehicles/products to sales outlets
Promote and sell company products in coordination with sales staff in the sales areas
Prepare delivery notes, collect payments, and compile sales reports
Establish strong customer relationships, gather orders and feedback, and prepare reports
Collaborate and coordinate with other sales team members
Proper handling and maintenance of vehicles: servicing, licensing, insurance, etc.
Work in compliance with traffic and other applicable laws
Work Location: Addis Ababa, Lemi Kura Sub-City, Ayat Area
Salary: ETB 8,000 (Gross) + Commission/Benefits
👁Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
Possession of a public one/dry one or third-level driver's license
Completed Grade 10 or above
Minimum of one year experience in sales, particularly in driving sales vehicles
Preference given to those with experience operating mini vans such as Suzuki Van, Damas, etc.
Good knowledge of Addis Ababa city and surrounding areas, including roads and neighborhoods
Familiarity with GPS and Google Maps usage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, interest in sales, and commitment to the job

👁General Description
As an Income Auditor, you will monitor all transactions as they contribute to or detract hotel revenue.
#Specific Responsibilities:
• Carry out daily checks of revenue via an Operations Audit as per hotel standards
• Reconcile and monitor commissions, housekeeper and rate discrepancies, and Conference and Banqueting Revenue against daily function sheets
• Check non-arrivals, late departures, no sales/voids, management bills, bill sequence and pay-outs
• Check bills signed to Room Account and record all covers
• Record Reset Counter
• Spot-check Function Diary and the settlement of function bills
• Reconcile telephone, Pay TV, newspaper revenue, guest laundry income, corrections and allowance
• Ensure Advanced Deposits are current
• Recommend improvements to processes as required
• Execute on tasks/requests as instructed by the Finance Manager and/or General Manager
👁Qualification
BA Degree in Accounting & Previous Accounts/Finance experience in a high-volume department, preferably within a hotel environment
• Experience in the hotel / leisure / retail sector
• Possess strong organizational skills
• A good understanding of financial operating systems and procedures
• Strong influencing, inter-personal and communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
