Ok. Seriously. We were listening to your chatter. You cared more about following some kids with umbrellas than the guy that stabbed someone in the neck. You are *still* hanging out around downtown when there is *no* protest or anything happening except people eating dinner. Seriously. This is why we say #defund and #abolish cuz you just wanna pick a fight! Seriously, earn your paycheck.
More of this "openly mocking pigs" stuff cause its great and we know they're looking

Also... Basic self defense technique.
I saw a ton of comments in another thread about trying to take down an armed gunman because the protestors "have the numbers" and pulling some sweet Kung fu moves to disarm the attacker and take parts of his weapon to make it inoperable or clear the weapon. These are all good ways to get yourself fucking shot. Don't do that.
This is a pipe dream. Real world is not an action movie. Dude isn't gonna stand there and let you take his gun, or anything else, as we saw last night. If they have a gun, assume they'll use it.
YOUR FIRST OPTION IF YOU ARE UNARMED IS TO RUN AWAY, OR HIDE IF YOU CAN'T you aren't John Wick, Rambo, or Jackie Chan. You aren't disarming anyone. Remove yourself from the situation. As brave as they were last night, the dudes in Kenosha who chased him down did a dumb thing.
if you can't run, are backed into a corner and must fight, CONTROL THE MUZZLE he who controls the muzzle controls the weapon. So control the muzzle and don't try and disarm right away. Hit that mother fucker till they are no longer a threat.
If you are carrying, be prepared to use it. Don't end up like victim no 3 by hesitating or taking half measures. Pulling it out and not using it is just making you a threat to the attacker and giving him cause to shoot you in particular. A big part of carrying a firearm is having the mentality to use it, if not it's worthless, leave it at home.

Vitamin D Deficiency Raises COVID-19 Infection Risk by 77%, Study Finds
📝 Vitamin D deficiency increases a person's risk for catching COVID-19 by 77% compared to those with sufficient levels of the nutrient, a study published Thursday by JAMA Network Open found.
As many as one in four of the nearly 500 participants in the study were found to have less-than-optimal levels of vitamin D, the data showed.
Among those found to be lacking the key nutrient, 22% contracted COVID-19, the data showed.
Of the 60% of study subjects with adequate vitamin D levels, just 12% were infected, according to the researchers. @COVID19Up SOURCE
