Humans Are Heading Back to the Moon β Artemis II
At 6:35 p.m. (ET), the powerful SLS rocket launched the Orion spacecraft from Kennedy Space Center.
Four astronauts Reid Wiseman, Jeremy Hansen,
Christina Koch, and Victor Glover are on a 10-day mission, flying around the Moon and coming back to Earth.
The last time humans went to the Moon was in 1972 (Apollo 17).
Now, weβre finally going back.
And in the next missions, humans are expected to land on the Moon again.

Artemis II safely returned
Orion splashed down near San Diego after 10 days in space.
