In the next phase, it will carry out an extensive AIR campaign directly against Syrian transition government forces.”
It is very possible that the Isaiah 17 Damascus prophecy could be inbound, sooner than later.
(Next 2 weeks possible)

Damascus was the epicenter for the start of God’s age of grace! Could it be that God will also use this city of Damascus to signal the end of the age of grace, the rapture (removal) of the church, and the start of the apocalyptic tribulation period by its sudden and complete destruction?
Just as the Church age started through Paul on the Road to Damascus (Acts 9), i believe that this dispensation of the Age of Grace could suddenly come to an end via the Rapture (1 Thessalonians 4:17) with the Sudden Destruction of Damascus (Isaiah 17), just as the world is saying Peace and Safety (1 Thessalonians 5:3)!
