HUD sent a letter yesterday informing us that they were doubling down on their investigation, with the intention of escalating it to an Administrative Law Judge or a federal court.

Even after facing a federal lawsuit, they continue to make the same embarrassing errors in violation of our constitutional and civil rights. They blatantly and intentionally mischaracterized social media posts about living in community as "advertisements" to sell real estate. They are attempting to criminalize pro-White speech and appreciation of European heritage. Furthermore, they continued adding additional individuals to the investigation without formally notifying them. We are unsure how they can require a 10-day response time from people who they have not even communicated with.

Saw a speech from Abdul al-Sayed, the Dem candidate for Senate in Michigan, that he gave to CAIR in 2022 saying that a proposed amendment to block judges from considering Sharia Law in their decisions was part of the "White Supremacist" heritage of America that includes the Trail of Tears and destruction of "Black Wall Street."

Democrats will say things like this and then go on Fox News and say "hey man we just want healthcare." This is the same subversive game that Obama was playing in 2008 but which later Democrats forgot as Wokeness became ascendant after he left office.
