A 9-year-old girl is pepper sprayed by police officers in Rochester, New York. Bodycam footage shows the child handcuffed in the back of a police vehicle and crying for her father in the moments leading up to the incident. Police later said the girl "indicated she wanted to kill herself and she wanted to kill her mom." Police said the girl was eventually taken to a hospital, “where she received the services and care that she needed,” and was later released to her family.
