The bill will now go back to the House for a vote.

It will likely pass, although it may run into trouble, as some progressives are not happy with the removal of the $15 minimum wage, narrowing of eligibility, and unemployment benefit cuts.
NEW: A Pew Research study of 2,596 adults found bipartisan disapproval toward China.

Notable findings:
- 70% (vs 26% against) in favor of promoting human rights over prioritizing economic relations
- 48% believe limiting China's power and influence is a top priority vs 32% in 2018
- 67% feel "cold" toward China
- 46% (vs 53% against) do not have confidence in Biden dealing effectively with China (his weakest foreign policy issue)
- 54% (vs 34% against) view U.S.-China economic ties negatively
- 82% (vs 15% against) do not trust President Xi to do the right thing in world affairs
