Ethereum on the weekly chart is respecting a major rising trendline near $1,500.

Right now, price is holding around the $2,300 support zone.

If ETH closes a weekly candle below this level,
the next strong downside area could be the $1,500 trendline.

After the local Strong High was demolished above $960, we received a sharp reversal and a downward breakdown of the entire structure. We are now in a clear bearish trend, and the current trade around $773.88 is most likely preparing for a deep pullback.

🗣 The purpose of this pullback is clear: to collect liquidity that has accumulated above the recent ChoCH and cover imbalances.

🗣 The first serious zone where you can look for a quality short is in the $870 range. If buyers can pull higher, the next stop is the Supply block around $900.

Working long now is a high risk, this is a countertrend. I would wait for the price to enter one of the upper POIs and show confirmation there to enter a short position.

From the point of view of technical analysis, ether entered a strong zone on the weekly timeframe. I removed the 2111 and pricked the old imbalance under it. These are all good reasons for growth.

2400-2700 is now the seller’s strongest zone and there is a gap there - from this block I expect a reaction to the continuation of shorts

It is ideal to take a long position from 1700-1600. It’s even better to wait for some kind of reversal structure and engulfing buy candles and then enter. We’ll get a good rebound, and in our dreams even a swing of 7k 😉

This is a positive scenario. But we know that the market knows how to surprise and what the cue ball is doing now is essentially a bear. So it makes sense to assume that after the ostcock in the long zone we will go below 1384 - and this will break the global long structure, which in the future will open ether prices below 1k.
