Under the cover of a dark night, Branny makes his way through a dense, almost ominous forest where every tree seems to hide something unseen.

The thick darkness envelops him, as if nature itself holds its breath in anticipation. An oppressive silence filled the air, only the light whisper of the wind slipping between the branches like ghostly voices of the past.

🏡 Ghosts of the past in an abandoned village 🏚

Branny ran until the ominous whispering of the wind subsided. Taking a breath, he shouted out the deciphered phrase, “Into the light!”. Instantly, glowing symbols flashed on the bark of the trees around him, pointing the way out of the darkness.

It was as if they were shielding him from the unseen terrors lurking in the forest wilderness.

👻 A voice came from the darkness. A ghost appeared in front of Branny - an old forester, cursed by a witch who had deprived him of his physical form. He said that he was the eternal guardian of the forest, in the guise of the wind, trying to help everyone who had lost their way.

The forester said that there was a village south of the forest where his house once stood. But he himself can't leave the dark thicket and doesn't know how the village has changed over the long years, so he can't go with Branny.

🏚 As Branny continued on his way, he came across an abandoned village. Time seemed to have stopped here: there were rotting houses all around, strange whispers coming through the broken windows. The ghosts of the past seemed to lurk in every crack, bringing back eerie memories.

Branny almost turned around to flee, but his gaze locked on a dilapidated house with an inscription emblazoned on it:

🌑 A sinister labyrinth of shadows 🌑

🔓 The code word «Secret» opened the creaky lock, and Branny stepped inside the ancient, dilapidated hut with trepidation. The silence inside was oppressive, as if even the rustle of dust here was frozen in eternity.

In one of the dead ends, a claw-scratched inscription appeared on an ancient, moss-covered stone:

«The answer lies in the past, but the future is hidden in the shadows...»
