Google invited to set up GCC in Bihar
• Bihar invited Google to establish a Global Capability Centre (GCC) in the state under Bihar GCC Policy, 2026.
• GCCs are offshore strategic centres of multinational companies for IT, AI, cloud computing, R&D, analytics and business services.
• Policy Incentives: Capital subsidy up to 30% of investment (maximum ₹50 crore).
• Employment-linked subsidy: Up to 200 employees; 50% (1st year), 40% (2nd year), 30% (3rd year).
• Objective: Make Bihar a technology, innovation and research hub and boost local employment.

• PM Modi will participate in the G7 Summit Outreach Session in France (16–17 June); India is not a G7 member but is invited as an outreach partner.
