• The ECI has emphasized training of Booth Level Agents, Officers, and Police to strengthen electoral rolls and law-and-order preparedness.
• Special intensive revision of electoral rolls has been undertaken in Bihar to ensure accuracy, along with faster EPIC delivery and standardized Photo ID cards for BLOs.
• Voter facilitation has been enhanced through mobile deposit counters, clearer Voter Information Slips, and polling station limits (1,200 voters) to reduce crowding.
• Technology has been leveraged via ECINet App, 100% webcasting of polling stations, and digital index cards to improve transparency and real-time accessibility of data.
