◦ UAE has introduced a new nomination-based golden visa for Indians and Bangladeshis seeking lifelong residency.
◦ The visa is available for a fee of AED 100,000 (approx. ₹23.3 lakh) without the need to invest in property or business.
✅ Changes from Previous Policy:
◦ Earlier, applicants had to invest at least AED 2 million (₹4.66 crore) in property or business.
◦ Under the new scheme, applicants can apply from their home country and need not visit Dubai initially.
