You can start like-
1. With data.. Present water available per capita.. I don't remember exact no. But it is around 1500cm.. Which was 6000cm/person in 1950s
2. Or you can start with.. Indus valley civilization. Importance of water conservation there.. Then in temple. Islamic architecture etc.
3. Or start with showing crisis prevails in South Indian cities or falling water table in Punjab and harayana.. Any way is fine

1. Questions doesn't mentioned specifically Himalaya. So include other mounting as well Andes rockies etc.
2. Many necessary things are missing. In plate tectonics.. Few things are must.. Like paleomagnetic evidence and sea floor spreading, convective current theory
3. Mentioned few names of geographers like H. hess, t Wilson, Morgan.
4. Avoid factual mistakes - it is convective current not conservative current.
Initial breakdown of pangea still not understood, even convective current theory is contested by many geographer.
5. Follow standards books ex. Savinder Singh to avoid any factual errors.

1)green revolution led to injudicious use of ground water which causes ground water deplition..
2)mismanagement of irrigation canal, like water seepage..
3) uncontrolled electricity subsidies to farmer for irrigation which causes heavy misuse of water.
and more pionts in solution--
1) Introduction of sprinkler and drip irrigation which cane save 30 to 60 % of water.
2)crop pattern and crop selection management according to availability of water.
3)watershed management.
