Currently bot getting more FloodWaits from telegram, So before telegram restrict bot I have decreased daily limit from 10GB to 5GB as a safe side, otherwise telegram may block bot.

@URL_Uploadbot is offline for 14 hours, because all uploader bots getting FloodWaits from telegram

If you think the file is stuck in the process then check /about command to check whether the bot is restarted or not. Because Heroku server restarts bot in every 24 hours.

If the bot is restarted then you have to send the file again.
